Account

Registering at OddsPBA is free and takes about three minutes. Visit the Register page, fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and choose a username and password. Once done, check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

OddsPBA's KYC verification accepts any valid Philippine government-issued ID — PhilSys national ID, driver's licence, UMID or SSS card, or a Philippine passport. You may also be asked to submit a selfie alongside your ID. Verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours and is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

No. OddsPBA allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different emails or mobile numbers — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and can result in all accounts being permanently suspended and any winnings forfeited. If you've accidentally created duplicate accounts, contact support@oddspba.com immediately to resolve this.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. We'll send you a password reset link — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. The link expires after 30 minutes, so use it promptly. If you're still stuck, email us at support@oddspba.com and we'll sort it out.

Some details like your email address and mobile number can be updated from your account settings after logging in. Changes to legal name or date of birth must be requested via email to support@oddspba.com and may require supporting documentation, as these are tied to your KYC verification record.
Deposits

OddsPBA supports all the payment methods commonly used by Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) — no currency conversion needed.

The minimum deposit at OddsPBA is ₱50 for most payment methods, including GCash and Maya. This makes the platform accessible to players of all budget levels — whether you want to start small and test the platform or come in with a bigger bankroll from the start.

GCash and Maya deposits are almost always instant — your balance updates within seconds of completing the transaction. InstaPay transfers are typically credited within a few minutes. PESONet bank transfers can take up to one banking day depending on your bank. OddsPBA does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge a small fee for InstaPay transfers. Withdrawals

Log in to your OddsPBA account and go to the Wallet section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount you want to cash out, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting your first withdrawal, as unverified accounts cannot process cashouts. Your chosen withdrawal method must match your deposit method when applicable.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours (8 AM – 10 PM PHT). InstaPay transfers clear within a few hours. PESONet and bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one full banking day. Withdrawals requested outside business hours are processed the following morning. If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, email support@oddspba.com with your transaction ID.

The minimum withdrawal at OddsPBA is ₱100 for most payment channels. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification for security and compliance purposes in line with BSP guidelines.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, insufficient account balance, a mismatch between your deposit and withdrawal method, or a security flag on your account.
